My name is Brian Guaschino
Our family owned an HVAC and home remodeling business in West Virginia for over 18 years. With our new relocation to upstate New York we are looking forward to fulfilling the heating and cooling needs of our new community.

What is your background and experience?
I went to trade school for Heating and Air Conditioning after graduating high school in South Jersey. After that, I worked for a number of years for commercial and residential HVAC companies installing ductwork and servicing equipment. After moving with my wife to West Virginia, we opened our own business there and operated it for 18 years. As the son of a home contractor, I grew up learning all of the building trades and utilized this experience, along with my HVAC training, to run our small residential remodeling and HVAC business.
What brought you to Saratoga County?
We love our new community! We have family here in Saratoga County - as that family continues to grow we wanted to raise our children around more family and decided in 2024 to relocate permanently to the area. Moving our business from WV to NY was a great move - the local community is warm, honest and straightforward. All things we appreicate in our customers as well.
What makes you different from big name companies?
Because we are a sole proprietorship, we can prioritize each of our customers' needs. Instead of waiting weeks for even a returned phone call or a service call, we can quickly communicate with and address your needs - whether it's an emergency heat issue or a long awaited air conditioning project. And unlike big companies, we offer fair and competitive pricing and understand the need we all have for cost-effective solutions. What kind of work are you able to do?
On the Heating and Air Conditioning side of things, I am able to install whole new home construction systems, retrofit existing systems and install ductless mini-splits. I also am able to service units and design and install damper systems. On the remodeling side of things, I specialize in kitchen and bathroom remodels, dealing with small roof leak issues, laying and repairing flooring, painting, drywall and replacing windows and doors. With all the years in the trades, I feel confident addressing any of your home's needs.
Are you certified and insured?
We are fully insured with liability and workers comp insurance and are also EPA certified which allows us to use the components necessary for working with heating and air conditioning systems.
Can you offer me referrals from other local customers?
Word of mouth and honest reviews are the best way to decide who to allow to work on your private home. It's an honor and privilege to work on something so personal so we understand that getting feedback from past customers is important. We would happily supply local references for your peace of mind when you call.
What kind of payments do you accept?
We currently accept personal checks, payment through Venmo and payment through our Quickbooks invoicing which can be done with a credit card.
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
We offer a 1 year warranty on all work we personally completed but not including natural disasters or accidents.
